This website is provided by Soleia Private Ltd, trading as Soleia Collective, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17520778). Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Directors: Pierre Louw and Charlotte Louw. Email: contact@soleia-collective.com.
We intend to move the business to Mallorca and carry it on through a Spanish group: Soleia Meridian Group, S.L. and its subsidiaries Soleia Private, S.L.U. and Soleia Shoreside, S.L.U. When that happens, we will update this notice with the relevant company's details and Registro Mercantil entry.
2. Professional information
Pierre Louw is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and holds an ICAEW practising certificate. Our work is carried out subject to the ICAEW's rules and Code of Ethics, which are available at icaew.com.
We carry professional indemnity insurance arranged through the ICAEW's scheme. Details of the cover, including its territorial scope, are available on request.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, where Soleia Private Ltd is registered. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. When the business moves to the Spanish group, these terms will move to Spanish law and the courts of Palma de Mallorca, and we will update this page then. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, so you may be able to bring proceedings in your local courts.
