Pierre Louw
Co-founder
Pierre trained as an accountant in South Africa, qualifying as CA(SA) through SAICA and later as ACA with the ICAEW in the UK. He practised across South Africa and the UK in audit, tax and financial reporting. He became a partner and director, serving a large client base, before moving to the UK as an audit manager with Mazars.
He later became group finance director for a multi-entity private office, overseeing reporting, controls and accounts and sitting on its board. He used AI and automation to keep the numbers accurate and current. For business owners, families and captains alike, it means accounts, reporting and compliance handled correctly and on time.
Charlotte Louw
Co-founder
Charlotte trained as an accountant in South Africa, qualifying as AGA(SA) through SAICA. She practised across South Africa and the UK, working mainly in audit, tax and financial reporting. She then joined Xero as a partner consultant and later moved into a global platform lead role, looking after reporting and commercial analysis for an international business while working with large datasets and teams across several markets.
At Soleia she draws on both sides of that background: an accountant's discipline and a real feel for the software and data that keep a business running.
